All UK and International Giclée print orders are sent Tracked 24 via Royal Mail.

I aim to process all orders within 1-3 days. Please contact hello@seedsandstars.co.uk if you need your items sooner. I will try my best to accommodate.

Please note that international orders including those within the EU, may be subject to customs fees or import tax. Any fees incurred are the buyers responsibilty.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are available. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. For clarity, I recommend using a tracked service when returning your order. The return cost is the buyers responsibility.

Refunds may be accepted in the case of loss or damage to your order whilst in transit. Please contact hello@seedsandstars.co.uk if you have any issues with your order.

Just to note

Whilst every effort has been made to represent the artwork in its truest form, the translation to screen will never be 100 percent accurate. Therefore the prints and cards you receive may vary slightly in tone and colour. Whilst I hope you will be pleased with your order, please do get in touch if they do not meet your requirements.

Packaging

Protective sleeves are used to package all Giclée prints and greetings cards. These are fully biodegradable and compostable.

All orders will be posted flat in eco-friendly cardboard.
